Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- At The Laser Lab, we value your time as much as we value ours. Unlike many business we stand out by not requiring a booking fee, deposit, or credit card information for scheduling. However, in order to maintain fairness and availability for all clients and to respect everyone's time, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- - Book in advance is recommended as our services are provided by appointment only.
- - Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee or the removal of a session from your package, if applicable. - No-show appointments will be treated under the same policy and fees. - Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be required to reschedule, as we cannot shorten treatment times or delay other clients’ appointments. - New clients who no-show, cancel last minute, or fail to confirm their first appointment will be required to pay the no-show fee before any future bookings can be made. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to respecting everyone’s time.
Online Promotion Policy
Promotional vouchers are valid only for selected treatments and areas. If the desired treatment area is not listed in the “Area Selections Menu.” clients may exchange or upgrade the package in-store. Only one voucher per person every 12 months. Additional purchases or gifted vouchers(s) will not be honored but may be used as store credit. All treatments must be used on the same area and by the same person.
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or restrict voucher use based on availability and treatment eligibility.
Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept the following payment methods:Cash, Debit, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Apple Pay.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products once they have been opened or used. Services are non-refundable once performed. We encourage you to ask any questions before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with your selection.
Tax & Gratuity
Please note that tax and gratuity are not included in service prices.Gratuities are welcome and can be provided via Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Guest Policy
To ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for all our scheduled clients within our limited seating area, we kindly request that guests do not attend appointments with you at this time.
Service Disruption Policy
Our dedicated and trained staff are here solely to enhance your wellness and experience. Please be aware that if a staff member experiences any behavior they deem inappropriate, they are authorized to immediately stop the service, and the full cost of the scheduled services will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and respectful conduct during your visit.
